If you hold down the “Option” key when you click on the “Send” button, a special window will pop up which allows you to quickly change a number of preferences for the particular piece of mail you are sending.  You can change the amount of time during which Snap Mail will attempt to send your mail, whether or not you want a return receipt, whether or not to include the names of all recipients as part of the mail, and whether or not to send a copy of the mail to yourself.
